Boldmethod. Every radial engine has an odd number of cylinders, and they fire in an alternating order. So, a five-cylinder engine fires in a 1, 3, 5, 2, and 4 order. A seven-cylinder engine fires in an 1, 3, 5, 7, 2, 4, 6 order. Boldmethod. As the cylinders fire, the rod assembly rotates around the crankshaft, spinning it like a bell crank

I just got a set of NGK wires and they are numbered while my current ones are not. My ocd won't let me just toss them on in whatever random order.

I was told the firing order is 1-6-5-10-2-7-3-8-4-9 but i asked because in a regular ol distributor car they can get out of order..but i guess without a distributorwho cares since the connectors are pinned to the rail.so all i need was the cylinder numbers you gave me.i have a codeobd2 says cyl number 3 misfire and the manual (for the reader) says check wire plug and coil
